        KW-type spin-coater is used for the surface of plate making such as semiconductor wafer, glass slide, chip, substrate, ITO conductive glass and so on。This product has some advantages as following，stability speed and speedy start。It can ensure semiconductor materials to consistency and uniformity in the coating thickness and uniformity。This product usually used in conjunction with oil-void air compressor. At present, there is the model KW-4A and KW-5 type.
